Laura was very helpful to insure I received the best price for my home. I got nearly what I was asking and the closing process was very smooth. She came highly recommended by my father whose house she also sold and he was very satisfied.

Laura Suarez was the most attentive helpful agent we have ever dealt with before. She knew exactly what to do and say and knew how to move the sale in a timely manner. She took the time to explain to us as to what to expect every step of the way. Even when the first contract was pending and didn't look like it was going to go through, she was very confident that we would have another buyer and would move on very quickly to the next one. We never even had a moments worry knowing that we were in good hands with Laura. I would definitely refer anybody to Laura and if ever needed in the future Laura will be the first person we contact. I would like to say, the one thing that stands out the most about Laura is that she was readily available at any given time to talk with us when we had concerns on the new house being built. She went out of her way to show up at our final walk-through to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our new home. Not only is Laura a great agent for Century 21 but has also become an amazing friend. Our experience was the best that we could have ever even hoped for and exceeded above all our expectations.
