Laura is very knowledgeable! She is nice and always answers when needed! She helped us find our home. She made the process fast and easy. I would greatly recomend her to family and friends.
When my husband & I were looking for a house we told Laura everything we expected for our family, happiness & most of all our future. She made sure she found the correct house for us & our budget. The house did need some repairs but this is our started home & my husband & I are very content with it because she promised to get us in a house before the year was over and she kept her promise. I did research online and compared all the agents that work in the area and read all their reviews and compared all sales records. Laura Suarez stood out. Laura Suarez is very competent and savvy regarding all aspects of this process. I respected her ability so much that as soon as my mom was ready to list her house,I recommended Laura. Laura got right on that job also and we actually ended up closing both houses on the same day! Laura Suarez was just perfect and we knew the whole time that we were in the best of hands. Well they definitely staff the best people and the fact that Laura is bilingual was also a huge point for us because the area has a large Hispanic population . Because our first buyer had a problem qualifying for his loan at the last minute, it ended taking longer than expected, which was nothing that Laura could have predicted because of the circumstances. As soon as that was known to us to be the case she went back into full find a great offer mode and quickly had us several offers to choose from. It went so smooth and we closed quickly and easily.
