I'm Laura Suarez, REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty and Team Leader of Make Your Move Group — one of the top-producing real estate teams in the DFW Metroplex.
 
I didn't get into real estate to sell houses. I got into it to change lives. Homeownership is one of the most powerful wealth building tools available to any family, and for too long, too many people in our community believed it wasn't for them. I made it my mission to change that.
 
Today I help buyers find their perfect home across Dallas, Rockwall, Terrell, Forney, Mesquite, Garland, Sachse, and Greenville. I help sellers get top dollar with a proven marketing strategy that goes far beyond the MLS. And I help investors and new construction buyers make smart, strategic decisions in one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the country.
 
I also teach. As a Certified HUD Homebuyer Class Instructor, I've helped hundreds of families understand the home buying process — the financing, the paperwork, the programs available to them — before they ever made an offer. An informed buyer is an empowered buyer, and that belief shapes everything I do.
 
I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, a proud member of the NAHREP Board of Directors, and deeply committed to closing the homeownership gap in the Latino community and beyond.
